Job summary

Position Details

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only. Every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends – $3.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes.
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings.

Compensation & Benefits

• New starting rate of $33.78/hr plus experience.
• Sign‑on bonus of $15,000 for candidates with 2+ years of experience.
• Relocation assistance of $15,000 for eligible candidates.
• Shift differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends – $3.00/hour.
