Gundersen Health System’s Respiratory Care Team is seeking a dedicated therapist to work autonomously while collaborating across departments to improve patient health.

You will assess the patient’s cardiopulmonary status, develop, implement, and evaluate respiratory care plans, and address the education needs of patients and families in outpatient settings.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in respiratory therapy.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT, within 2 years of hire).
• Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30.

.75 FTE = 60 hours every 2 weeks. Day/Night shifts with every 3rd‑weekend rotation and rotating holidays. Shift differentials: PM$2.50/hour, Nights$4.00/hour, Weekends$3.00/hour.
