Banyan Pulmonary Services LLC in Georgia seeks dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide hands-on care, track resident progress, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state and national RT license in good standing (RRT or CRT).
• Graduate of an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program.
• Current BLS (or within 30 days of hire).
• ACLS if working ventilator units (or within 6 months of hire).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on respiratory care — nebs, assessments, airway clearance, and more.
• Track resident progress and adjust care plans over time.

What you'll do

What you need

The role, practically

• Setting: Travel between nearby partner facilities
• Schedule: Depends on FT/PRN status; 7 am - 7 pm shifts
• Physical: Frequent walking, standing, reaching and handling of respiratory equipment throughout the day
