AMG Specialty Hospital is a boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. As an employee-owned company, our respiratory therapists have a literal stake in our success and enjoy a close-knit, specialized clinical environment over a massive, impersonal health system.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, and leadership to design and execute tailored respiratory care plans.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
  • Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS. RRT or CRT credential by the NBRC.
  • Experience: Experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Must be an engaged, self-motivated clinician.
