Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Roswell, GA is seeking a Respiratory Care Lead to oversee daily shift activities, provide direct clinical support, assign staff, and coordinate interdisciplinary communication to promote safe, effective patient care across all units.

The ideal candidate will lead performance reviews, ensure equipment functionality, assist with onboarding and staff education records, and participate in quality improvement, patient rounding, and data analyses to advance safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• NBRC-RRT credential with at least two years of critical care experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider or Instructor preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, clinical skills, and knowledge of quality improvement processes.
