• Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (Bachelor's preferred).
• Licenses and certifications: RCP, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BLS).
• No prior experience required; supervision experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the healthcare team and document handoffs clearly.
• Educate patients, families, students, and staff on respiratory treatments using diverse learning styles.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per established standards; troubleshoot as necessary.
• Apply advanced skills in critical care areas such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, sleep labs, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
• Maintain accountability for continuous learning and prioritize multiple duties effectively.
