This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable clinician who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to grow. If you’re looking to join a progressive team that values evidence‑based practice, top‑tier equipment, and professional development, you’ll find your purpose here every breath of the way.

What you'll do

  • Administer treatments such as aerosol therapy, BIPAP/CPAP, high‑flow oxygen, and ventilator management in accordance with clinical protocols and departmental standards.
  • Accurately document all procedures, assessments, and interventions in a timely manner to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to evaluate patient needs and modify care plans accordingly.
  • Participate in advanced training opportunities including NICU support, pulmonary function testing, discharge navigation, and bronchoscopies.
