Job summary

Orchard Villa in Ohio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to deliver respiratory care in our skilled nursing facilities. You will follow clinical guidelines, collaborate with care teams, and help residents breathe easier. Rates up to $49.00/hour based on experience and schedule.

Qualifications

• NBRC-accredited program graduate.
• CRT or RRT credential required.
• Valid Ohio license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or with ventilators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans.
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage gas systems.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed.
• Assist with bronchopulmonary drainage and breathing exercises.

Now Hiring: Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) Are you passionate about helping people breathe easier and live better? We’re looking for a skilled and caring Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide respiratory care to residents in our skilled nursing facilities, following clinical guidelines and working closely with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality treatment. Rates up to $49.00 based on experience and schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
• Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises
• Collaborate on discharge planning with physicians, nurses, and social workers

What You Bring

• Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid Ohio license and Basic Life Support certification
• At least 1 year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred)
