Job summary

Westfields Hospital & Clinic in New Richmond, WI is seeking Respiratory Staff to support patients with lung, heart and sleep disorders. You will work with the medical directors and health care team to administer diagnostic testing, provide treatments, and educate patients about their diseases while managing illness and related symptoms.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and collaboration within a community hospital setting, with a casual work schedule and weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Current WI RRT required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• PALS certification due within 6 months of hire.

Job description

In collaboration with the Medical Directors, attending physician and the health care team, the Respiratory Staff supports and cares for patients diagnosed with lung, heart and sleeping disorders. They approach patients with empathy and care; administer diagnostic testing; treatments; educate patients about their diseases; and manage illness and related symptoms.

Work Schedule

• Casual
• Every 6th weekend with call and Holiday rotation

Required Qualifications

• Current WI RRT.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• PALS certification, within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EPIC computer system
