Job summary

Banyan Pulmonary Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist for an in-person role that travels between nearby partner facilities in Florida. You’ll deliver hands-on respiratory care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with nursing and physicians to improve outcomes.

This position offers autonomy as the respiratory lead in each building, with consistent patients and a streamlined back-end support team handling billing, scheduling, and compliance so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Active state and national RT license in good standing (RRT or CRT).
• Graduate of an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program.
• Current BLS (or within 30 days of hire).
• ACLS if working ventilator units (or within 6 months of hire).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and the ability to work independently.

The role, practically

• Setting: Travel between nearby partner facilities
• Schedule: Depends on FT/PRN status; 7 am - 7 pm shifts
• Physical: Frequent walking, standing, reaching and handling of respiratory equipment throughout the day
