Department: HRH RT
Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Nights
Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 per hour (dependent on experience)
This position is onsite; no hybrid or remote option.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- State licensure.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- PALS certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer (CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire).
Responsibilities
- Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care using respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care.
- Effectively partner with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exemplary care outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Preceptor support for new staff and interns.
- Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Practice in a technologically complex clinical setting, managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care.
- Engage in career ladder promotion through clinical and process improvement projects at unit, division, regional or system level.
