Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour, dependent on relevant experience
This position is onsite; no hybrid or remote option available.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- State licensure.
- ACLS and NRP required within 6 months of hire.
- PALS & NRP required within 6 months of hire.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer; BLS/CPR card must be good for at least 60 days after hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide top of scope practice in a direct patient care environment utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff.
- Embrace new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to ensuring safety and quality at the point of care.
- Practice in a technologically complex clinical setting managing ventilator integration and airway management across multiple levels of care.
- Engage in clinical ladders encouraging internal growth and promotional opportunities through project implementation at unit, division, regional, or system levels.
