Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist and/or a Registered Nurse at our Eagan, MN location. We are a leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products throughout the Midwest and Rockies, specializing in serving the long-term care community and oxygen-dependent Veterans.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will maintain and build our reputation for excellent customer service by applying your skills to home care and skilled nursing environments through equipment setup, patient instruction, follow-up, and ongoing support of high-tech modalities.

Job Duties:

1. Deliver, set up, and instruct on the use of home medical equipment, including oxygen concentrators, BiPAP, CPAP, and more.
2. Provide routine maintenance, safety, cleaning, and education on equipment use.
3. Conduct staff in-services for respiratory equipment in skilled nursing facilities.
4. Serve as a resource to referrals, physicians, clients, and staff, assisting with troubleshooting equipment issues.

Qualifications:

• National Board for Respiratory Care Registration or Certification
• Current License in the state of Minnesota and other states as required
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass motor vehicle records check and drug test
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Desire to help others and dedication to compassionate care
