Favorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our pediatric home health team in Arlington, TX. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a competitive salary based on experience plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

You will provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in the home, set up and educate on DME equipment, and collaborate with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License required.
• CRT or RRT credential required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in pediatric respiratory care or home health preferred.
• DME experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in the home setting.
• Set up, educate, and troubleshoot respiratory and DME equipment.
• Assess patient needs and provide ongoing clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and respiratory therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Participate in a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

Setting: Pediatric Home Health / Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Location: Arlington, TX

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Flexible schedule managing your own patient visits with a minimal on-call rotation (approximately once per month).

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!
