Job summary

Favorite Healthcare Staffing Inc. is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join a pediatric home health DME team in Tyler, TX on a full-time basis.

You will provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in home settings, set up and troubleshoot equipment, educate families, and coordinate with physicians. This role also offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible schedule with minimal on-call.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• CRT or RRT credential required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous pediatric respiratory care or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in the home setting.
• Set up, educate, and troubleshoot respiratory and DME equipment.
• Assess patient needs and provide ongoing clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and respiratory therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Participate in a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

A growing pediatric home health durable medical equipment (DME) company located in Tyler, TX is currently seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join their team full-time!

Title: Respiratory Therapist CRT / RRT

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Pediatric Home Health / Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Location: Tyler, TX

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Flexible schedule managing your own patient visits with a minimal on-call rotation (approximately once per month).
