• Deliver direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of respiratory treatments.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, document patient information, and participate in handoffs.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on respiratory therapies and procedures.
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as ventilator support, bronchoscopies, and sleep studies, demonstrating advanced skills including ECMO support when needed.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality improvement initiatives.
