Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide direct patient respiratory care across multiple hospital locations and shifts, including days, nights, and 12-hour rotations. • Associates degree or CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with healthcare team, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong clinical, analytical, troubleshooting, and critical care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient respiratory care across multiple hospital locations and shifts (including days, nights, PRN).
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, assess and analyze patients, apply advanced clinical skills such as ECMO support and mechanical ventilation.
• Deliver sleep lab services and related respiratory therapies as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective care.
