Job Summary

Medline Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Respiratory Sales Representative based out of Nashville, TN. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a background in the healthcare industry and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Creating and conducting sales presentations on product lines to multiple decision makers.
  2. Presenting multiple products and solutions.
  3. Calling on healthcare facilities within assigned territory to expand the sales of the products.
  4. Leading all customer product evaluations and implementations.
  5. Assisting Medline Sales Reps with questions via email, phone calls, or in person.
  6. Following up with customers and sales reps after evaluations/implementations are completed.
  7. Participating in division overall product strategy, competitive analyses, research and development requirements, and other duties as assigned.
  8. Maintaining existing business and presenting new products to grow business.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating cold calling, commission, and full-cycle sales experience in the Acute Care setting, OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience with similar background.

Preferred Experience: Respiratory Sales Experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong presentation and effective communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Must reside within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to drive and travel up to 50% overnight within the territory.

Compensation includes a base salary of $69,000 to $100,000 plus 5-15% commission based on net sales growth. The role is bonus eligible. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more, with specifics depending on hours worked per week.
