Corner Home Medical is hiring a Respiratory Sales Representative in New Hope, MN to drive revenue growth and provide clinical support in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Understanding of the DME Respiratory Market.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred).
• Experience with Brightree and ADP software (preferred, but training available).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and customers.
• Serve as a clinical resource, resolving clinical, billing, and documentation issues.
• Manage insurance documentation and support resubmissions as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth transitions, training, and operational alignment.
• Support sales staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Forecast sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and evaluate products to ensure alignment with customer and industry needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of the DME Respiratory Market
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred)
• Experience with Brightree and ADP software (preferred, but training available)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented
