Qualifications

• Understanding of the DME Respiratory Market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred).
• Experience with Brightree and ADP software (preferred, but training available).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Motivated team player with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and customers
• Serve as a clinical resource, resolving clinical, billing, and documentation issues
• Manage insurance documentation and support resubmissions as needed
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth transitions, training, and operational alignment
• Support sales staff to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Forecast sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and evaluate products to ensure alignment with customer and industry needs
• Attend conferences, industry events, and branch locations as required
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
