Job summary

MediLodge of East Lansing is seeking a Respiratory Nurse - RN to plan, coordinate, and deliver total nursing care for residents. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure respiratory services comply with state regulations.

Qualified candidates are RNs with valid state licensure and CPR certification; one year of nursing experience is preferred. The role offers competitive hourly wages, shift options, and a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Provides respiratory related services for established times or services within the Respiratory Care Practitioner scope of services.
• Administers medications, starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents, and documents that treatment as required company, and local, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
