Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Respiratory Protection / SCBA Program Manager to serve as the Respiratory Protection Program Administrator, overseeing life-support equipment, respiratory safety compliance, and technician training.

The role includes developing, updating, and maintaining SOPs; conducting annual program evaluations; conducting fit testing; managing inventory and property accountability; and coordinating logistics for CONUS and OCONUS events with a preference for active security

Qualifications

• Be familiar with the ST54 Enhanced Multi-Mission Tactical Operator SCBA.
• Be familiar with the Special Projects Operation's AirJam system.
• Familiarity with 29 CFR 1910.134 respiratory protection program for employees that require respirator use.
• Be prepared to complete OSHA Training Institute Course 2225 or FEMA Respiratory Protection: Program Development and Administration Course (Course number RP PER-263).
• Be familiar with the ATOR Labs Inc. OMNIcheck pressure testing system and be prepared to complete the OMNIcheck initial system setup and training certification.
• Prior Department of Defense environment experience preferred in resource allocation, supply chain principles, and budget management and development is desired.
• Experience as a hazardous materials (HAZMAT) Technician, US Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Specialist (MOS 74D), a US Navy Explosive Ordinance Technician, or a graduate of advanced chemical and biological warfare agent training is desired.
• Oversee the movement, distribution, and storage of both durable and expendable equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle servicing, field maintenance, inspection, and sanitization for SCBA and associated equipment.
• Operate and maintain the AirJam high-pressure air booster/fill system and ensure Grade D breathing air specifications.
• Perform automated tests and maintain electronic test logs.
• Serve as SME on respiratory protection including PPE/IPT selection based on threat.
• Maintain proficiency on chemical, biological, and radiological mission-essential equipment.
• Assist leadership with property accountability using the DPAS and coordinate transfers.
• Oversee movement, distribution and storage for CBRN and CWMD training events.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and warehouse safety.
• Manage supply chain transactions to meet training requirements.
• Present monthly reports to government leadership with historical data, next steps, objectives and risk.
• Coordinate supply chain initiatives to manage program costs.
• Plan and coordinate logistical operations for CONUS and OCONUS events.
• Other duties as assigned.
