Sage Specialty Hospital in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Respiratory Manager to lead the Cardio-Pulmonary Department and drive clinical excellence. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and payroll, and collaborate across departments to ensure quality respiratory care.

The role requires a Respiratory Therapy program graduate with NBRC CRT or RRT, current state licensure, and at least three years of management experience in respiratory care, preferably LTACH. Proficiency in English is essential.

Are you a passionate respiratory care leader ready to make a meaningful impact? Sage Specialty Hospital is looking for an experienced Respiratory Manager to lead a dedicated team, champion clinical excellence, and help shape the future of respiratory care.

The Respiratory Manager organizes, leads, manages, and coordinates the activities of the Cardio-Pulmonary Department. He/She carries out policies and procedures consistent with JCAHO, OSHA, and state and local requirements. Responsibilities also include quality assurance, safety, infection control, overseeing blood gas lab, in-service for staff, ensures adequate budgeting and staffing is met, attends, contributes and participates in all committees as assigned by administration, as well as the management of employees and payroll for the cardio pulmonary department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Credentialed by the NBRC as a CRT or RRT
• Current license by the State Board of Respiratory Care Examiner
• Minimum of three years management experience in respiratory care, preferably in a LTACH
• Requires effective management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
