Job summary

Respire Homecare Services is seeking a Market Liaison in the United States to promote DME products and respiratory services across a regional territory. You will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and partners, driving growth and alignment with leadership.

You will manage respiratory product lines, monitor market trends, and ensure compliant documentation, reporting, and CRM usage. Strong networking and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the DME, home health, or healthcare industry.
• DME sales and marketing experience preferred.
• RCP or RRT credential preferred.
• Established professional relationships within the healthcare community and referral network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and clients.
• Develop new business opportunities within the target market and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Participate in negotiations with referral source organizations and collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives.
• Manage respiratory product categories including ventilators, cough assist devices, supplies, and related equipment; ensure documentation and billing compliance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, new products, and service offerings to support territory growth.
• Maintain records of sales and marketing activities in Salesforce.com or similar systems.
• Represent the Company professionally at industry events and meetings to enhance partnerships and identify opportunities.
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education, seminars, and industry involvement.
• Support compliance, accreditation, and performance improvement initiatives.
