Qualifications

• 3+ years critical care experience.
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or NBRC RRT required.
• BLS certification required.
• Regulatory and professional standards knowledge required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient use of resources and staffing by reviewing scheduling needs.
• Acts as liaison between staff and leadership, communicating issues promptly.
• Maintains good relationships with customers and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and professional growth.
• Assists with clinical duties and maintains competencies.
• Enforces safety regulations and hospital policies.
• Attends leadership training and ensures staff adherence to compliance plan.
• Monitors activities to align with policies and procedures.
