Medical City Arlington is seeking a Respiratory Care Specialist PRN to join our team. The role provides limited respiratory care under physician orders and maintains respiratory therapy equipment per standards.

Must be in the 2nd year of a Respiratory Care program with required student verification and BLS within 30 days of start. High school diploma or equivalent and applicable education credentials complete the profile.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Respiratory Care Specialist provides limited respiratory care to patients as ordered by physicians, according to established standards and practices. As a Respiratory Care Specialist performs a variety of duties relative to cleaning, disinfecting and storing respiratory therapy equipment and supplies.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Must be in 2nd year of Respiratory Care program
• initial and semi-annual verification of student status required thereafter
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED
• Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree
