Job summary

Medical City Arlington, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Respiratory Care Specialist PRN to provide limited respiratory care to patients as ordered by physicians.

You will assist with cleaning, disinfecting, and storing respiratory therapy equipment and supplies, while meeting program eligibility requirements.

Qualifications include being in the 2nd year of a Respiratory Care program, BLS within 30 days of start, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be in 2nd year of Respiratory Care program.
• Initial and semi-annual verification of student status required thereafter.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Graduate / GED.
• Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide limited respiratory care to patients as ordered by physicians.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Respiratory Care Specialist provides limited respiratory care to patients as ordered by physicians, according to established standards and practices. As a Respiratory Care Specialist performs a variety of duties relative to cleaning, disinfecting and storing respiratory therapy equipment and supplies.

What qualifications you will need:

• Must be in 2nd year of Respiratory Care program
