Northridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Manitowoc, WI seeks a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to deliver ventilator and respiratory care for residents. Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, and options for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions.

You will document procedures, perform clinical assessments, troubleshoot equipment, and educate staff on respiratory protocols while ensuring safety, HIPAA compliance, and collaborative patient-centered care

Formación

• Licensed/Certified Respiratory Therapist to practice
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient-focused care in a collaborative setting

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients
• Accurately document and verify respiratory care procedures
• Perform clinical assessments and interpret respiratory therapy equipment and test results
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve respiratory care issues
• Maintain effective communication with the medical team and staff
• Educate nursing staff on respiratory protocols and best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and HIPAA policies

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time or Part-Time or PRN | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with weekend rotation
• PRN | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients

Qualifications:

• Licensed/Certified Respiratory Therapist
• Strong clinical skills in airway management, mechanical ventilation, CPR, blood gas collection, etc.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about caring for patients in a collaborative setting
