Northampton Community College seeks a 12-month Respiratory Care Program Faculty / Clinical Coordinator based in Bethlehem, PA. You will lead lectures, oversee clinical education at site locations, and ensure alignment with CoARC standards while guiding student development and program accreditation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution; master's preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with leadership ability.
• Ability to collaborate with administrators, faculty, students, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead lecture classes and hands-on labs; administer clinical experiences at partner sites.
• Plan instructional offerings, curriculum assessment, and ensure compliance with college policies and CoARC standards.
• Coordinate student clinical placements and schedules with program director and affiliates.
