Search Station Digital Ltd. is recruiting multiple Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) to join a hospital's respiratory care team in Spokane, Washington.

This full‑time, on‑site position offers a variable shift schedule and a base compensation range of $66,399 to $106,947 per year, with relocation assistance possible for the ideal candidate. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver patient‑centered respiratory care, operate ventilatory support systems, and perform assessments

Formación

• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner license upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS provider certification upon hire.
• Understanding of contemporary Respiratory Therapy principles.
• Orientation programs completed as required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses in planning and implementing the patient plan of care.
• Assist physicians with the delivery and direction of respiratory therapy.
• Operate and maintain complex ventilatory support systems, monitoring and resuscitation devices.
• Perform respiratory care procedures, patient assessments, diagnostic procedures, and oxygen therapy.
• Perform other patient care functions for which qualified by training and experience.

About the Opportunity

Search Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client, a large hospital and children's hospital in Spokane, Washington, seeking multiple Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) or Respiratory Therapists (RT) to join its Respiratory Care department. These full‑time, variable‑shift positions collaborate with physicians and nurses to plan and deliver respiratory care in a patient‑focused, whole‑person care culture.

Requirements

• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner license upon hire
• American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) provider certification upon hire
• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary Respiratory Therapy principles
• Completion of department and unit‑specific orientation programs, as required
