Job summary

Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our Respiratory Therapy team. This role delivers respiratory and cardiopulmonary care under medical direction across care settings and supports staff and student training.

Responsibilities include interpreting patient data, adjusting treatments by age, and contributing to a patient-centered care environment. Eligible candidates hold an AMA-approved associate degree and a Wisconsin license with RRT or

Qualifications

• Graduation from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care with an associate degree.
• Active Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
• Registered RRT by the National Board of Respiratory Care, or registry eligible and obtained within one year of hire.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides respiratory and cardiopulmonary monitoring, diagnostics, and therapy services under medical direction to patients in various care environments.
• Assists in orientation training of hospital staff, students and the public regarding respiratory disease and care.
• Interprets patient information and tailors treatment to the age group and patient needs.
