Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of San Antonio Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our inpatient team. The ideal candidate will have prior hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and patient care in a high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities include performing routine therapies, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, maintaining equipment, and providing phlebotomy and basic lab testing as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients.
• Maintains all equipment in working order and performs phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
