Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy from a CoARC/CoARTE approved program.
• Licensure: Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by IDFPR and NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 1 year, NRP & PALS within 1 year, AHA guidelines.
• 1+ year experience in Respiratory Care.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory care modalities per physician orders.
• Interacts with physicians/nurses to tailor therapy to patient needs.
• Ventilator management and daily checks.
• Documents care and outcomes in patient records.
• Assists with patient education and safety procedures.
• Maintains equipment and infection control practices.
