Formación

• Current Respiratory Therapist certification (RRT) and licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in facility-wide committees and initiatives to promote a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
