Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Health Care Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in health care, customer service, business or a related field, with 2 years in respiratory therapy.
• Minimum seven years of experience in respiratory therapy or a related field.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certificate required at hire.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams across multiple sites to implement clinical standards and evidence-based practices.
• Oversees patient care quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; manages risk and reporting.
• Develops labor plans, allocates resources, and drives cost-effective operations.
• Mentors staff, provides coaching, and supports performance management.
• Champions quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensures safe administration of medications and adherence to care plans.
• Guides discharge planning and patient education across sites.
