Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, part of Central Maine Healthcare, is seeking a Respiratory Care Intern. You will maintain inventory for department equipment and resupply tanks across the hospital under the Director for Respiratory Services.

The role requires current enrollment in a Respiratory Program, a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of gas cylinders and ventilators, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Student in a Respiratory Program is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of compressed gas cylinders, respiratory equipment and ventilators.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate inventory levels for department equipment and supplies.
• Remove small oxygen/air cylinders and resupply full tanks at designated areas.
