The role oversees competencies, conducts instruction for staff and students, and implements policies and procedures in collaboration with Premier Health system services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; AS or equivalent acceptable.
• Bachelors degree preferred for advancement.
• Respiratory care licensure and NBRC credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, perform, and arrange clinical competencies or training for new staff, students, and ORientees.
• Conduct instruction for interdisciplinary staff members.
• Implement, document, and monitor new modalities, equipment, services, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Premier Health system services for interdisciplinary education.
• Assist Respiratory Leadership with policy development and evaluation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and participate in service recovery as needed.
• Provide input for evaluation and maintain multi-directional communication.
• Assist with day-to-day staffing and promote quality goals.

Associate degree

Applied Science or Equivalent
