Job summary

System Support is seeking a Respiratory Care Education Coordinator in Middletown, OH to oversee education and training for staff and students. You will coordinate competencies, arrange sessions, and collaborate with Premier Health system services to implement interdisciplinary education.

The role requires an Ohio Respiratory Care License, NBRC registration, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS and NRP within 90 days, with NRP Instructor status within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent.
• Valid Ohio Respiratory Care License.
• NBRC registered respiratory therapist credential.
• BLS and ACLS certification required on hire.
• PALS and NRP certification required within 90 days of hire.
• NRP Instructor status required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, perform or arrange clinical competencies or training sessions for learners, students, and staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor education programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with Respiratory Leadership and Premier Health system services.
• Promote quality goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and participate in service recovery as required.
