Job summary

Mercy West Plains is seeking a Respiratory Care Manager to oversee the department, lead staff evaluations and development, and manage the budget, equipment, scheduling and payroll.

You will plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas, with indirect oversight of Cardiac Rehab, Respiratory School, and Sleep Lab. A current state license, NBRC certification, and 5 years of healthcare/leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program.
• Current license in the state of practice.
• Five years of healthcare and/or leadership experience.
• Registered therapist (NBRC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Respiratory Care department, including staff evaluations and development.
• Manage the department budget, charges, supplies, scheduling and payroll.
• Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate operations and patient care for designated areas.
• Indirect oversight of Cardiac Rehab, Respiratory School and Sleep Lab.
