As our Respiratory Care Coordinator, you will lead our Respiratory Care technical staff, providing instruction and evaluation, while assisting the Director in department management. This role also includes direct patient care as needed.
Every day you will supervise, instruct, and evaluate Respiratory Care Practitioners. You'll assist the Director in overall department management and provide direct patient care. Daily contacts include subordinates, co-workers, patients, medical staff, and physicians.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, instructional, and evaluative skills, with advanced clinical expertise in respiratory care. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for staff supervision and interdisciplinary contact are essential.
