CVS Group is seeking a Resourcing Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Support Office, eCommerce, Marketing, Clinical and Logistics teams. You will proactively source talent, build pipelines, and act as a trusted advisor to drive the best hiring outcomes.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Resourcing Partner to join our team and help us attract some of the most sought-after professionals in the veterinary industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment for roles across our Support Office, eCommerce, Marketing, Clinical and Logistic teams
• Proactively sourcing talent for your stakeholders supporting best in class hiring
• Acting as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing stakeholders to drive the best hiring outcomes.
• Providing valuable market intelligence and recruitment insights to support workforce planning.

What We're Looking For

You’ll be an experienced recruiter who thrives in talent-short markets and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to solve hiring challenges.

We're Particularly Interested In People Who Can Demonstrate

• Significant experience recruiting for difficult-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and direct attraction strategies to drive attraction of top rated candidates whilst reducing agency spend.
• A strong track record of building talent pipelines and candidate networks.
• A consultative and relationship-led approach to stakeholder management, solutioning when briefs are difficult.
• Confidence influencing and challenging hiring managers at all levels via the use of MI and external market data
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• A champion of candidate experience

What You Need To Know About This Role

• Our sites range from large cities to small villages in rural locations. Sourcing candidates requires more than an automated LinkedIn search and you will need to drive referrals and localised marketing.
• The roles under your scope will range from part time minimum wage roles to Head of + level candidates, the ability to communicate and work with candidates of all levels and managers with different levels of hiring experience is essential
