Job summary

Favorite Healthcare Staffing, LLC is seeking a leader to drive sourcing strategy and execution, partnering with Marketing to select channels and craft campaigns. You will own the attraction-to-submission pipeline, coach a resourcer team, and ensure HubSpot data quality and compliant candidate communications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pipeline with client demand, analyze campaign performance, and report insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to partner with marketing to drive sourcing channels.
• Experience owning end-to-end attraction to submission pipeline.
• Strong data discipline in CRM systems.
• Excellent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Eligible to work legally in the United States.

Position Details

• Attraction Strategy & Execution – Partner with Marketing on channel selection, advertising approach, and campaign content, aligned to program demand and client requirements.
• Campaign Performance & Analytics – Analyze attraction data to evaluate campaigns, flag under‑performing channels, and optimize the mix.
• Pipeline Ownership (Attraction to Submission) – Own end‑to‑end performance from attraction to client submission, keeping a healthy, well‑qualified pipeline against program demand.
• Team & Resourcer Management – Lead and develop the resourcer team, set clear expectations, coach to standards, and address underperformance quickly and directly.
• Data Quality & HubSpot Discipline – Embed attention to detail and data quality in HubSpot – candidate records, pipeline stages, and activity logging accurate and audit‑ready.
• Quality of Candidate Communications – Set and uphold the standard for candidate communications at screening, pipelining, and submission – consistent with Espirita's tone and employer brand.
• Interview Preparation Standards – Coach and equip candidates for client interviews, improving interview‑to‑offer conversion over time.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with Account Management, Onboarding & Relocation, and Marketing to align pipeline with client demand and ensure clean handovers.
• Process Improvement & Reporting – Improve the attraction‑to‑submission funnel and produce clear, organized, data‑driven reporting to leadership – with a clear point of view on performance and outlook.
