Job summary

Espirita is seeking a Resourcing Director to own our international nurse recruitment program and lead a global resourcing team. The role includes shaping strategy, driving performance, and delivering a scalable, high-quality talent pipeline aligned to client demand across the US facilities we serve.

We are looking for a senior leader with extensive experience in resourcing and a track record of meeting placement and pipeline targets, with strong analytics, CRM/ATS expertise, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in resourcing/talent acquisition
• 4+ years leading teams
• Strong data and analytics capability
• Experience using CRM/ATS platforms (HubSpot) with data discipline

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver global attraction and resourcing strategy
• Lead end-to-end pipeline performance from attraction to client submission
• Drive data-led decision making and optimize channel ROI
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global resourcing team
• Maintain high standards of data quality and CRM discipline
• Oversee candidate experience and communications
• Improve interview readiness and conversion rates
• Partner with Marketing, Account Management and Onboarding teams

The role

We’re looking for an experienced Resourcing Director to lead our international nurse recruitment programme. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the resourcing function - from attraction strategy through to candidate submission. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and lead a global team to deliver against ambitious growth targets, ensuring a high-quality, scalable pipeline aligned to client demand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the global attraction and resourcing strategy, partnering closely with Marketing
• Lead end-to-end pipeline performance from attraction through to client submission
• Drive data-led decision making, setting performance metrics and optimising channel ROI
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global resourcing team
• Maintain high standards of data quality and CRM (e.g. HubSpot) discipline
• Oversee candidate experience, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication
• Improve interview readiness and conversion rates
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Account Management, and Onboarding teams
• Report on performance and provide clear, strategic insight to senior leadership

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years’ experience in resourcing/talent acquisition, with 4+ years leading teams
• Proven success delivering against placement and pipeline targets
• Strong data and analytics capability, with the ability to translate insight into action
• Experience using CRM/ATS platforms (e.g. HubSpot) with excellent data discipline
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence operating at senior leadership level
• Commercial mindset with a passion for candidate attraction and marketing
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and output quality
• International or nursing recruitment experience
• Knowledge of U.S. nurse pathways (e.g. NCLEX, visas, licensing)
• Experience working closely with marketing teams on attraction campaigns
