Dexory is hiring an in-house Resourcer to support rapid growth across Commercials, Tech, Engineering and Production. You’ll handle the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with internal hiring managers and the People Team to meet staffing needs.

The role offers exposure to a fast-paced, data-driven logistics tech environment. We value humility and curiosity, welcoming candidates who bring energy, teamwork and a proactive approach to hiring.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or resourcing.
• Experience writing engaging job descriptions and posting on multiple channels.
• Experience using an ATS/CRM system and keeping it up to date daily.
• Strong negotiation and people skills.
• Ability to juggle several roles at the same time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and People Team to manage hiring needs.
• Head-hunt skilled candidates and create job adverts via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Coordinate diaries and schedule interviews.
• Provide timely feedback to all stakeholders in the process.
• Keep ATS and documents updated for stakeholder/investor reports.
• Extend offers and collect right-to-work documents.
• Support People Team with branding and other HR tasks.

We are looking for a passionate in-house Resourcer to help support our rapid growth across all sectors including Commercials, Tech, Engineering and Production. You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, delivering offers & coordinating onboarding.

Your main responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal hiring managers & the People Team on managing hiring needs
• Headhunting skilled candidates & creating job adverts through LinkedIn & job boards
• Coordinating diaries and scheduling interviews
• Delivering feedback to all people in processes
• Continuously update ATS & documents with updated information for stakeholder/investor reports
• Extending offers and collecting relevant documents (including Right to Work documents)
• Help the People Team with regards to continuous improvement processes, company branding and other HR-related tasks

Required Qualifications:
