Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold state General Curriculum certification (88091 or 88001) and be designated highly qualified.
• Experience with students with special needs and IEP development preferred.
• Strong behavior management and instructional delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and present instruction for students with special needs.
• Manage instructional time and student behavior effectively.
• Deliver instruction with clear objectives and pace.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement IEPs and behavior plans.
• Document student progress and maintain records.
