Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and present instruction and instructional environments for student learning.
• Manage instructional time to keep students on task.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures for behavior.
• Present lessons with clear objectives and explanations; use appropriate pacing and demonstrations.
• Monitor student performance using various assessment methods; provide timely feedback.
• Develop objectives and tasks aligned with curricular goals; use available resources to support instruction.
• Interact effectively with students, staff, parents, and community.
• Perform non-instructional duties as assigned and pursue professional development.
