Job summary

The Goddard School in Edina, MN is seeking resource teachers to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis for opening shifts from 6:30am to approximately 12pm. Compensation is $18.50–$19.50 per hour, with benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with infant handling

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, nurturing learning environment
• Support each child’s social and emotional development
• Establish positive and effective family relations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and the entire faculty
• Float between classrooms to help manage ratios and communicate with families
• Assist with administrative duties of a childcare center and opening procedures
