Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Director of Resource Management in our Professional Services (PS) to lead teams that ensure access to the right resources, skills and services across delivery, sales and solutions to meet client needs.

You will drive resource allocation, forecasting, budget management, and partner network optimization, while mentoring managers and delivering governance, automation, and continuous improvement across near and offshore locations.

• Influencer and coalition builder with leadership experience
• Proven track record of developing others and engendering followership
• Experience running multi-geographic teams and near/offshore delivery

Responsibilities

• Resource Allocation: develop strategies for optimal utilization across projects
• Forecasting & Planning: collaborate with project managers and leadership to forecast needs
• Team Leadership: mentor resource managers for high performance
• Process Improvement: drive improvements in resource management practices
• Reporting & Analytics: create dashboards and insights for senior leadership
• Budget Management: monitor and manage the resource management budget
• Partner & Resource Management: oversight of near/offshore and partner networks
• Governance & Continuous Improvement: promote standardisation and automation
