We are seeking a Resource Specialist to provide vital support to patients by assisting with transportation, affordable accommodations, and access to community resources. This role works closely with social workers and community agencies to ensure that every patient receives the care and support they need. Our Resource Specialist will work directly with social workers to manage work-ques and help align patients with the right resources.Why Join Us?
