Job summary

Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Patient Care Assistant to support patients with direct and non-clinical duties, answering call lights, distributing meals and supplies, and assisting with daily activities.

You will collaborate with the nursing team to tailor enrichment activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and families.

Performs duties assigned by clinical and administrative leadership. The role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to maximize the quality of life for the residents.
